范文编号:YS058 范文字数:11881.页数:28 摘 要:目前,我国印刷行业为提高印刷品质量而思索的办法不计其数。本文从优化印刷工艺的角度入手,主要探讨了三种印刷工艺控制方法,包括实地密度控制方法,网点扩大曲线控制方法和G7工艺控制方法。文章通过交代印刷工艺控制的必要性与急迫性,确定了选题的背景和意义,然后采用实验的方法,对印刷测试版进行实地密度,各色网点扩大值和灰平衡的测量,并通过将这些数据与我国印刷行业标准数据进行对比,从而发现三种控制方法的优点和局限性。本次课题最后结合以上各个章节对三种控制方法的分析,通过制作印刷控制版的方法,将三种控制方法简单有效的利用到平时的印刷工艺控制上。本文特别介绍了G7工艺,并将这个控制方法与传统印刷测试版相结合,检验了G7工艺控制印刷灰平衡的准确性。总的来说,文章通过对印刷工艺控制方法的细致研究针对目前的控制方法提出改进方法,对我国印刷行业印刷品质量的提高起到一定的技术指导意义。 关键词:印刷工艺;实地密度;网点扩大曲线;G7工艺 Abstract: At present, the printing industries of china are thinking many ways to improve print quality .This article start from optimizing the printing process. Mainly discusses the three printing process control method. Including Solid Ink Density, dot gain curve control method and G7 process control methods. The article explained the need to control the printing process and urgency, and then identify the background and meaning of this theme. Then mean sure Solid Ink Density、dot gain value and gray balance by experimenting. Then from contrasting Empirical data and standard to appraise these control methods, to find their advantage and disadvantage. At length , the author make use of these control methods to printing process in normal times by the method of factoring Printing beta combine with each chapter. This article introduces G7 process especially, and combines this control method with traditional printing beta to test the accuracy this control method. All of all, this article advance improving method by studying these control method, and it make it shortcut to improve the printing quality in our country.
