The Position and Function of Enterprise Culture in Modern Enterprises

Abstract
    Enterprise culture，as a rising administration subject，has attracted the insterest and attention in Chinese economic enterprise theoratic cireles since the 80’s. But as a conception，it was originaly put forward to by an American engineer named Tailor and his companions who wrote a book on enterprise culture in the early century. With widely being read and spread of the book in the enterprise eircles of the USA，Japan and other advanced countries，enterprise culture began to be affirmed and recognized as a new born subject by the sociaty.
