Abstract: The development of economic and cultural brings the prosperity of tourism. Tourism also enters into the age of globalization. The rich cultural, natural and history resources attract more and more tourists to come to Chinas. A lot of foreign friends also want to know more about a city of local customs and historical interest in China. As a medium, the translation of tourist attraction is very important. It has strong language features and social value , and also reflects the outlook and value of a city . In this paper, from the angle of Skopos theory, using the method of investigation and taking the example of Changsha Martyrs’ Park attractions translation has carried on the detailed analysis, thus we can draws a conclusion that we should put its purposes in the first place . The purpose of translation Through the perspective of Skopos theory research of tourist attractions translation in Changsha, let us more clear how to properly translate for tourist attractions, can make the translator more accurate tourism culture of Changsha, and also give visitors a better understanding of culture in Changsha , in order to achieve the best effect of propaganda and communication, then promote the development of tourism industry in Hunan province.
