当前，中学英语正面临着新的课程改革，改革要求教学的重点从以往传统重语言知识，轻语言技能的倾向转变成为培养具有语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略及文化意识等综合语言能力的人才。且现今，国务院《关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》也明确指出，中学教育应鼓励合作学习，加强师生间的合作，促进学生们之间的相互交流和共同发展，并促进师生的教学相长。为此，本文在分析当前中学英语教学现状的基础上，本着以提高学生的英语学习能力为最终目的，提出了师生合作学习，探讨了该学习策略的理论基础、应用方案和步骤，还探讨了该学习策略在中学英语教学中的优势。通过本文的研究，笔者希望为提高有效的初中英语教学提出自己的见解，也希望为该领域今后的研究做出一点贡献。

Abstract in English

Nowadays，Middle School English is facing the new curriculum reform,  which requires the transformation from the traditional emphasis on language knowledge points to emphasis on language skills. in addition, it requires to build a integrated system of using language competence based on the following aspects: language skills, language points, emotional attitude, learning strategies and cultural awareness. Moreover, State Department also made out the document on the decision of reform and development of foundation education,in which it firmly indicates to encourage cooperative learning, strengthen the cooperation between the teacher and the students, enhance mutual communication between students, develop each other together, and promote the development of learning and teaching between the teacher and the students. ”For this purpose, on the basis of analyzing the current status of middle school English teaching, based on improving the students’ English learning ability as the ultimate goal, this paper proposes the cooperative learning between the teacher and the students, discusses the theoretical basis, the application, the means and the procedure of this  learning strategy, and also discusses the advantages of learning strategy in middle school English teaching. Through the study of this paper, the author hopes to put forward his own ideas to improve the effectiveness of the middle school English teaching, but also hopes to contribute a  lot for the future research in this field.
