Abstract

English as an international language tool in international communication and cooperation increasingly reflect its unique importance, The demand of international economic cooperation and exchange puts forward higher requirements for college graduates' English leve. However, the disadvantages of traditional college English education have seriously affected the English level of college graduates. With the continuous development of mobile technology, smart phones have become an indispensable part of people's lives, mobile learning methods based on smart phones came into being. Compared with the traditional English teaching, mobile learning has the advantages of flexibility, convenience and personalization. It provides a new platform for college students' autonomous learning, and is the product of education informatization. This article from the perspective of mobile learning, combined with the characteristics of intelligent mobile phone itself, and then study the advantages and disadvantages of College English mobile learning system based on intelligent mobile phone, I hope to be helpful for China Mobile English teaching, improve the quality of College English teaching.
