Abstract

Jane Austen as a novelist, occupies an important position in modern English literature and world literature. Although the works reflect the breadth and depth of the limited, but then to change the atmosphere of the vulgar novels played a good role, there is a nexus of significance in the history of the development of the English novel, known as "status with Shakespeare on an equal footing" writer, This paper analyzes the female values through the pride and prejudice Sense and Sensibility of Jane Austen's representative works.
