Sometimes, in order to work, to live or just have a better mood, we shouldn’t have enemies, or we will feel ridiculous because we would feel there is someone who always hates us in our daily life, especially our colleagues, our family people and our close friends. A good apology will communicate three things: regret, responsibility, and remedy. Apologizing for a mistake might seem difficult, but it will help you repair and improve your relationships with others.
