Abstract

Public speaking in our modern world is for everybody, men and women, young and elderly. A speechmaker has but to look around him to see that there is scarcely a single business, community, political, professional, or even neighborhood activity that does not challenge him to step forward and speak up. There is no such animal, in or out of captivity, as a born public speaker. Public speaking was a refined art. It is easy to speak in public, provided they follow a few simple, but important rules. The author learned based on their knowledge of speech and combining with the experience of speech itself from speech skills required to use the speech language strategy is discussed, and the important, in order to control of language to be able to more comprehensive cognition.
