Abstract

With the rapid development of globalization, the communication of cultures in different countries is deepening. Based on the exchange of conflict of the different cultural context gradually emerged, especially in the communication of English idioms, it is resulting in unnecessary cultural misunderstanding. Because idioms are as one of the most common vocabulary of Chinese and western communication, we should pay attention to the cultural differences between the two parties when we use English idioms to communicate with foreigners. Therefore, this paper will analyze the influence of cultural differences in idiom translation, so as to provide reference for translators.
