Study on Business English Teaching in China in the1980s

Abstract

The economic integration and the international exchange in China makes Business English getting more and more attention since China's accession to WTO . As a branch of Specical English business English requires that the students should have the ability of speaking English in practical business communication. Task-based language teaching is to advocates the idea that student are suppose to learn by practice and emphasize that students should improve their communication skills by communication and cooperation with others. This article will discuss the task- based teaching model in Business English teaching and to explore the significance of Business English Teaching.
