幽默翻译研究述评

Abstract

      English humor is an important part of the English-speaking world, it contained the essence of the English language, reflects the habits of British and American culture. Humor translation is no less difficult to translate poetry. Famous words have become common in the various translation of humorous articles. Enough to explain the humor translation difficult, has been accepted by translators. Attention to humor translation with translation, translation of different humorous articles also appeared, covering many aspects of verbal humor. This paper analyzes humor in translation studies in China and abroad perspective, characteristics and related aspects, sums up scholars ' `research findings and deficiencies, and the problems to be discussed.
