论当代公共产品的供给方式

 摘要：公共产品的供给，可以有多种形式，除了政府直接提供外，还可以由私人部门、非营利组织等提供。文章从公共产品的涵义展开，论述了当代公共产品由私人供给的必要性和可能性，就目前出现的公共产品多元化供给方式进行了分析和探讨，同时提出了政府在公共产品由私人供给中的责任以及值得我们进一步思考的问题。

Abstract:There’re several ways of supplying public goods. Apart from government-supply, private departments and non-profit organizations are also the provider. The article based on the meaning of public goods, relates the necessity and possibility of private departments supply with public goods and researchs the multi-way of supplying public goods recently. Besides, the responsibility of government supplying public goods and some problems worth thinking further are put forward.
