浅析政府绩效评估体系

摘 要
 
 
 政府绩效评估(GovernmentPerformanceEvaluation)是提高政府绩效的有效机制，在绩效管理中处于中心地位。科学有效的政府绩效评估体系有助于提高政府效能，增强政府执行力和公信力。
 本文就主要针对我国政府绩效评估来浅谈建立政府绩效评估体系的意义，以及建立政府绩效评估体系的科学性、完整性、主体多元化和规范化原则。重点讨论了政府绩效评估体系的三大基本框架：评估系统、结果运用系统、评估保障系统。最后，文章还根据我国的现状分析了政府绩效评估体系在我国的发展趋势。

Analysis of Government Performance Measurement System

 Abstract 

 Government performance evaluation is an effective mechanism to improve the government performance, which gets a central position in the performance management. Scientific and effective performance evaluation system of government helps to improve government efficiency, and enhance the implementation and the credibility of the Government.
 In this paper, author analyses the significance of the performance evaluation system, the establishment of the Government of the principle of performance evaluation system, the Government Performance Appraisal System of the Government of the basic framework and performance evaluation system in our country's development trend.
