范文编号:ZY004 范文字数:11527,页数:24 摘要:对从桑叶中提取黄酮类化合物的工艺进行了研究.在提取过程中,通过单因素试验分析了提取液乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间及料液比等4个主要因素对提取率的影响。在单因素的基础上,通过正交试验,得到最佳提取工艺,乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1:30,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为3 h。对从桑叶提取的黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性,采用还原能力测定和超氧阴离子清除自由基两种抗氧化性测定方法测定。采用不同的抗氧化性测定模型,测定出来的抗氧化性不同,还原能力测定方法测定出来的抗氧化性要比超氧阴离子清除自由基的方法测定出来的抗氧化性大,并且从中可看出第一个模型的抗氧化性的增大幅度也要大于第二个模型的抗氧化性增大幅度。 关键词:黄酮;提取率;吸光度;抗氧化性 Abstract:The process of extracting flavonoids from Mulberry is studied.During the extracting process,four main factors including concentration of extracting solution,temperature,time and ratio of solid to liquid are studied by using single factor analysis method.The optimal process conditions are obtained by orthogonal analysis as follows:methanol concentration 60% ,ratio of solid to liquid 1:30,extracting duration 3 h and extracting temperature 80℃ .Right from the mulberry leaf extract flavonoids oxidation, Reduction in capacity use and removal of super oxide anion radical oxidation resistance of the two measured.
