范文编号:ZY027 范文字数:11063,页数:23 摘 要:酶作为一种生物催化剂,因其具有高选择性、催化反应条件温和、无污染等特点,广泛应用于食品加工、医药和精细化工等行业,随着人类对环保的日益关注,酶的应用会更受关注。但游离酶的稳定性差、易失活、不能重复使用,纯化困难等缺点,使其难以在工业中更为广泛的应用。在此条件下,固定化酶的概念和技术得以提出和发展,此外,如何利用天然高分子载体,或利用超临界技术、纳米技术、膜技术等来固定酶,也成为酶工程研究的热点。 Abstract: Enzyme, as a biological catalyst, is widely used in food processing, pharmaceuticals and fine chemical industries for its high selectivity, mild reaction, non-pollution and other good characteristics. As people pay more attention to the environmental protection, the application of enzyme will be more concerned. However, there are many shortcomings of free enzyme, such as poor stability, easy deactivation, non-reuse, difficultly purification and so on. It is more difficult to be widely used in the field of industry. Under these conditions, the concepts and techniques of immobilization of enzyme are mentioned and developed.
