范文编号:ZY088 范文字数:9631,页数:35 摘要:本文主要研究中草药伸筋草的酸水提取液的抗氧化性。以石松科植物伸筋草为原料,进行了酸水溶液提取石杉碱甲。同时以吸光值为指标,研究不同浓度的石杉碱甲对邻苯三酚自氧化法产生的氧自由基抑制作用及Fenton法产生的羟基自由基的吸光值的影响,根据两种自由基在不同浓度的石杉碱甲影响下,其吸光值在5min内的变化斜率计算石杉碱甲对氧自由基和羟基自由基的清除能力。结果表明,石杉碱甲在不同的抗氧化体系中表现出较强的氧自由基和羟基自由基的清除作用,本研究结果为伸筋草的临床应用及进一步开发其抗氧化功能提供了一定的基础。 Abstract Objective:This paper mainly herbal extracts Shenjin grass Acid oxidation.
