In our research, we found that detection wavelength, mobile phase, solvent and extraction method were main facters in the fingerprints of Lindera aggregate. The conditiongs of HPLC were optimized. Lindera aggregata was refluxed in ethanol. The spectra appears more comprehensive in wavelength of 235 nm. It could reflect the fingerprints better while acetonitrile-water(56:44 v/v) was used.
