基于PLC的恒温控制系统开发

摘  要

 温度是工业控制中很重要的一种参数，任何物理变化和化学反应都与温度密切相关。温度控制的模式多样，而PLC可靠性高，抗干扰能力强，易学易用，采用PLC控制是其中一种比较优越的控制方式。
 本文介绍了基于西门子可编程控制器S7-200的温度监控系统的设计方案。硬件方面采用了CPU型号为226的S7-200、温度传感器、TD200的人机界面和模拟量采集模块EM231。传感器作为温度的采集元件，采集的信号经过EM231的处理后就可把数据送入PLC中进行处理，最后送入人机界面显示当前温度值。

Abstract

Temperature is one of the most important parameter in the industrial control. Any physical change and chemical reaction are closely related with the temperature. Temperature control mode is diverse, and PLC is high reliability, easy to learn and use, use of PLC is one of the comparative advantages of the control.
This article describes what based on Siemens plc (PLC) S7-200 's temperature control system design. The hardware used a CPU model for 226 of S7-200, K-type thermocouple, TD200 HMI and acquisition module EM231. Thermocouple as the temperature acquisition components, acquisition of signal EM231 processing can put data into the PLC for processing, and finally into the man-machine interface displays the current temperature values.
