摘要
 水资源是经济可持续发展的基本保证，污水的任意排放或处理不彻底的排放，都会给水资源环境带来严重的污染问题。本文根据脱硫废水工艺条件和水质特点,废水处理系统采用一套可编程控制系统(PLC) 进行控制。废水系统PLC 控制装置与脱硫系统DCS 留有硬接线及通讯接口，MCGS组态的可视化的人机界面,方便普通员工的监测管理。提出污水处理工程中不仅要重视传统工艺的优化，新型物化处理工艺，设备的开发，而且要采用先进自动控制技术，配合先进软件，来加强污水治理的综合监控管理能力。在降低人力投入的基础上达到优化控制。设计着力介绍PLC在自动加药系统的设计实现，在了解工艺过程的基础上通过PLC控制工艺过程。并且多点设置PH监测，通过组态软件的高透明的监控，记录过程数据，完善管理，使达到污水中和处理的排放要求。

 Abstract

 Water resources ensure the sustaining development of economy. Sewage discharged at random or half treated can expose serious pollution to the water resources. According to the process condition about the effluent of FGD and water quality, the effluent treatment system needs to be controlled by a set of PLC. There leaves communication interfaces and terminals between the PLC control equipment of effluent system and the FGD system.MCGS configuration of the visual interface to facilitate the general staff of the monitoring and management. Proposed sewage treatment works should not only attach importance to the traditional process of optimization, the new physical and chemical process and equipment development, but also to the use of advanced automatic control technology, with advanced software to enhance the sewage treatment capacity of the integrated monitoring and management. In reducing human Inputs on the basis of a more optimal control. This design focus on achieving PLC automatically add the drug to achieve system, To understand the process on the basis of process control by PLC, And set up more monitoring with PH value, through the high transparency of the monitoring by configuration software, recording data, improving management, To achieve sewage treatment and discharge requirements.
