范文编号:ZD901 范文字数:12614,页数:38 摘 要 随着计算机技术的迅速发展,以PLC控制、变频器调速、触摸屏人机对话为主体的新型控制系统广泛应用于各行各业。本文主要介绍了以PLC作为控制核心的系统。本系统以触摸屏作为友好的人机操作工具,再通过对变频器的控制,从而达到对工业流水线的理想操控。本设计主要采用西门子公司的S7-200系列PLC,触摸屏使用TP070及相关软件。范文着重论述了PLC在工业流水线上的应用,PLC对流水线工位的控制和相关的操作程序,以及对于触摸屏画面设计的描述。通过做文档设计的过程,初步了解PLC在国内外的应用现状,发展前景,以及与之相关的基本工作原理,逻辑指令等等。经过了将近三个月的研究与实践,本文档设计基本达到了当初制定的计划与结果,即实现工位延时,工位加工等目的。设计的成果在工业控制领域具有一定的借鉴意义。同时,也为PLC控制技术在工业应用方面提供了参考。
With the rapid development of computer technology, a new control system subjected to the PLC, inverter speed, HMI dialogue is widely used in many fields. This article mainly introduces the system whose control center was PLC. The HMI was used as a friendly man-machine tool in this system, through the control of inverter, thus achieving the ideal operation of industrial assembly line. Siemens S7-200 series’ PLC was mainly applied in this design, TP070 and related software was used as the HMI. This paper focuses on discussing the PLC’s application in industrial assembly line, PLC’s control of station on the line and related operating procedures, and describing the related design of HMI’s picture. By doing the graduate design, I could preliminary understand the application status of PLC inside and abroad, development prospect, and the principle, logic instructions associated with it, etc After nearly three months’ researching and practicing, the original plan and result was basically achieving in this graduate design, that was the station delay and the station processing. The result concluded in this design is significant in the field of industrial control. Meanwhile, it provides the reference for PLC control applied in industry as well.
