移动机房智能温度报警系统硬件设计

摘  要

 温度是移动机房环境参数中最重要的参数之一。温度控制的精度会对机房设备运行产生重大的影响。温度控制的模式多样，而PLC可靠性高，抗干扰能力强，易学易用，采用PLC控制是其中一种比较优越的控制方式。
 本文介绍了基于西门子可编程控制器(PLC)S7-200的温度监控系统的设计方案。硬件方面采用了型号为226的S7-200CPU、K型热电偶传感器、TD200C的人机界面和温度采集模块EM231。热电偶作为温度的采集元件，采集的信号经过EM231的处理后就可把数据送入PLC中进行处理，最后送入人机界面显示当前温度值，以便用户实时掌握当前环境温度。

Abstract

Temperature is one of the most important thermal parameters at the telecommunication room. Temperature control of precision would have a significant impact to the equipment. Temperature control mode is diverse, and PLC is high reliability, which is easy to learn and use, use of PLC is one of the comparative advantages of the control.
This article describes what based on Siemens PLC S7-200 's temperature control system design. The hardware used a CPU model for 226 of S7-200, K-type thermocouple, TD200C HMI and temperature acquisition module EM231. Thermocouple as the temperature acquisition components, acquisition of signal EM231 processing can put data into the PLC for processing, and finally into the man-machine interface displays the current temperature values, so that users real-time understanding of current environmental temperature.
