Abstract Against the actual demand at the present stage of industrial production in China and Vacuum Fluorescent Display (Vacuum Fluorescent Dis-play, VFD) dependence on imported production equipment of the status quo, to start to shift the gate control system design study. The main issue is to meet the needs of VFD manufacturers, system hardware design and system software design. Main control unit of the system in selected anti-interference ability, rich instruction to expand the flexibility, communications networking capabilities of prednisone FPX-C30T programmable controller as the control core, GT32M touch screen as the monitoring equipment, enhance system security and interoperability. Research carried out a lot of debugging, the actual proof that this system meets the requirements of precision and technology. Research topics for the master servo motion control system has a practical significance related technologies, to improve the grid on the glass substrate in place as well as the accuracy of automated production equipment VFD degree of significance. 目 录
