范文编号:ZD1193 范文字数:16489,页数:37 摘 要 在玻璃生产中,玻璃成品的退火是生产过程的一个关键环节,对玻璃制品的质量起着重要的作用,退火的过程其实质是温度控制的过程,本文就以高温区的控制为例,通过对控制器的选择、输入输出通道的设计以及其它控制部分的设计来实现整个系统的温度控制。本系统采用AT89C51为CPU,输入通道的设计经过I/V转换器、A/D转换器,输出通道设计经过V/I转换器、D/A转换器信号输出。形成一个单闭环串级比值系统控制。该系统投入运行后,可监测退货炉温度的状况,保证炉温的稳定。 In the glass product, the annealing of the glass finished product is a key link of the production process, playing an important role to quality of the glass products, its essence of the course of annealing is course of temperature control. This text will use to take control of the high-temperature district as an example, through the selection of the controller, input the design which exports the passway and other control design of part realizes whole temperature control of system to come.
