松下PLC在磨床控制系统中的运用

摘要
    本次设计主要是磨床控制线路的改造，把传统继电器控制转换成用可编程控制器控制。在传统继电器控制的磨床线路中，接线十分繁琐，在出现故障的时候检修比较复杂；用PLC控制的机床设备的控制线路，接线较为方便，精力基本可以放在编程方面上，在检修方面上，可以根据PLC的控制面板上I/O的指示灯和故障的现象，可以很快地查出故障点来。在机床线路的改进方面，传统继电器的改进几乎要把控制线路全都重新接一下，而用PLC控制的机床设备，只需改一些线路，重要的是把编程程序按要求编写就行了。现在在数控机床的控制线路上基本上是用的可编程控制器。

Abstract

    this design is mainly the grinder control wiring's transformation, transforms the tradition black-white control controls with the programmable controller. In the tradition black-white control's grinder line, the wiring is very tedious, in presents the breakdown time overhauls is quite complex; The engine bed equipment's control wiring which controls with PLC, the wiring is more convenient, the energy basic may place in the programming aspect, in the overhaul aspect, may act according to PLC on the control panel the I/O indicating lamp and the breakdown phenomenon, may find out the fault point very quickly. In the engine bed line's improvement aspect, the traditional relay's improvement needs to meet nearly the control wiring, but controls with PLC the engine bed equipment, only need change some lines, more importantly was good the programming procedure according to the request compilation. Now on numerically-controlled machine tool's control wiring basically is the programmable controller which uses.
