范文编号:ZD789 范文字数:7117,页数:22 摘 要:顺序控制系统在工业控制当中得到了广泛的应用,本文的目的是利用PLC顺序控制法来设计顺序控制系统。利用顺序功能图和梯形图来编制用户控制程序,以实现单台设备或生产过程的顺序控制。本文阐述了顺序功能图的基本元素以及顺序功能图转化实现的基本规则,提出了顺序控制系统的三种PLC设计方法,分别是:状态表设计法;S/R指令编程法;STL指令编程法。通过利用STL指令编程法以及系统的电路原理图、程序结构图、程序的顺序功能图、程序梯形图和程序指令表,完成了对压机的PLC控制系统设计, 介绍了顺序控制系统的设计步骤和设计过程。同时说明了PLC顺序控制法是设计顺序控制系统的一种先进规范的方法和有力工具,可提高设计的效率,节省设计时间,而且程序的调试、修改和阅读也很方便。 关键词: 可编程控制器(PLC); 顺序控制系统; 压机自动控制系统 Design Methods on Sequential Control System Abstract: The sequential control is widely applied in industry control .To desige sequential control system by PLC sequential control method is the paper propose . User’s control program is compiled by SFC(Sequential Function hart) and LD(Ladder Diagram) to realizing sequential control on singled eviceor production process. This paper expounds basic elements of sequential function chart,basic rule for implement of transition in sequential function chart. Three kinds of design method on PLC sequential control system are introduced:the first is the desige in state chart . the second is the design in set/reset instructions(S/R). and the third is the design in Step Ladder instructions(STL). At last this paper gives an example of the machine of press autocontrol with the help of PLC . The exnmple uses the design method in STL,provides systematic schematic circuit diagram、diagram of program structure、 function diagram of program`s sequence ,trapezoidal diagram of the program and the program repertoire,to explanat the design steps and the process of the PLC control system.And shows that sequential control design method is an advanced regular design method for design of PLC ladder diagram,and it is a powerful tool. It is not only enhance effective and save the time of desige,but also is convenience of debuging、revising and reading.
