范文编号:ZD378 范文字数:12539,页数:58,有开题报告,任务书,文献综述 摘 要:根据QZT4-20型砌块砖成型机的工艺控制要求,采用PLC实现对该机的自动控制。主要完成了硬件设计与软件设计两个部分。硬件包括对可编程序控制器(PLC)的选取定,PLC外部输入输出元件的确定,操作面板的初步设计等。软件主要包括系统进行产品生产时的自动控制程序,用于调试的手动程序以及出现故障时用以对系统进行检测与报警的故障报警程序。软件设计的优劣直接影响着系统的性能,因此本设计的重点在软件设计方面。根据生产中产品品种的多样性特点,帮软件的设计采用模块化,这样增加了控制的灵活性。为保证系统的可靠性,利用PLC具有自动报警功能指令的特点,设计了自动报警程序,实现了声光报警及自动显示故障点。 QZT4-20 artificial brick shaper PLC Abstract: According to the technological requirement of QZT4-20 Brick Forming Machine, we adopt PLC to automatic control it, and mainly accomplish the design of hardware and software. The hardware includes choosing PLC, deciding the input and output component of PLC, designing the operating board etc. The software consists of automatic control program for production, manual program for testing and breakdown warning program. The quality of the designed software directly affects the performance of the system. Hence the focal point of this design is the design of software. In the light of the diversity of products, we have adopted model to design the soft, which enhanced the flexibility of control. In order to assure the reliability of this system, we have used PLC to design automatic warning program, which realized the voice warning and auto-display the breakdown point.
