摘 要:本设计主要介绍了一种对温度的微机检测与控制系统。它可实现对控制装置各参数的实时显示和控制，并可对其正常的启动、关机实行自动、手动控制和报警。在介绍控制系统结构的基础上，对温度控制系统的控制特点进行了分析，并设计了一套实用的PID控制系统，这样提高了温度控制和测量的精确度。这套系统具有价格低、性能高和在低频范围内稳定性好、操个方便、体积小、耗电少等特点。因此，证明该系统简单、实用、可靠。

The Design of Temperature’s Measurement and Control System for Blow Film Extruder

Abstract: This paper presents a computer-based monitoring control system for a temperature control and test, The system can simultaneously display the various parameters of the control device and control it to start and stop automatically for manually and warning. Based on the presentation of control system structure ,the paper analyses the feature of this temperature control system and give an account of designing a practical PID control, thus improving the accuracy of measurement and control of the temperature. It has the features of a low prices、good performance、low power dissipation、small size、easy operation and  enjoy the stability while working in a low frequency. So the system is proven to be simple、practical、and reliable.
