摘  要: 本文介绍了无刷直流电动机的特点及发展、脉宽调速在无刷直流电动机控制中的应用情况、单片机无刷直流电动机调速系统设计方法。单片机无刷直流电动机调速系统的硬件设计是本文的重点内容，系统选用与8051单片机全兼容的、具有新功能的8位单片机Cygnal C8051单片机为核心，并外加逻辑电路构成控制器，主回路开关器件采用IGBT，实现了PWM桥式调制方式的电机数字控制。在设计中，对主电路电流和转子速度进行了检测，实现电流和转速的反馈控制，使系统能够满足控制要求。

Abstract：This text introduces to have no characteristics and development, the vein breadths of brushless the DC motor to adjust soon in have brushless the DC motor to control of applied circumstance, a machine brushless the to ad DC motor to just soon system design method.A machine brushless the a DC motor to djust soon system of hardware design is a textual point contents, the system choose to use are whole with 8051 machines and permit of, have the new function of 8 machines  Cygnal C8051 a machine is a core, and the in addition logic the electric circuit constitute the controller, main back track the switch machine an adoption IGBT, the electrical engineering numeral that carried out the PWM bridge type to make the way control.In the design, to the main electric circuit electric current and turned the sub- speed to carry on the examination, carry out the electric current and feedback control turn soons, can make the system satisfy the control request.
