 摘要: 本课题要求以FLASH为平台，制作《楼宇智能化技术》CAI课件。本文简述了《楼宇智能化技术》这门课程的主要内容，多媒体技术的概念以及多媒体教学的作用，制作多媒体课件应准备的素材，制作原则以及制作流程，最后简述了FLASH MX的功能以及如何在FLASH MX这个软件中制作课件以及动画。随着Flash软件版本的不断更新和应用的日益广泛，使用Flash制作多媒体教学课件已经成为当今最时尚的课件制作方法。Flash小巧玲珑，它活泼鲜明的动画以及强大的交互功能深受众多教育工作者和课件开发人员的喜爱，而且教学效果显著。

Abstract： This paper deals with the main content of “Building Intellectual Technique”, the concept of Multi-media technology and the function of Multi-media. It also explores the material for preparing for making multi-madia, making principles and the procudure. Finally, points out the function of Flash MX and how to make CAI course in Flash MX and create animated drawings. One that is with continual renovation and using of Flash software edition is extensive day by day, use Flash make multimedia teaching courseware become most fashionable courseware manufacture method nowadays already. Flash is pretty and cleverly-made, it lively and distinct cartoon and strong mutual function are well received by numerous educator and courseware developer, and the teaching result is remarkable.
