 本文对西门子S7-200系列可编程序控制器应用于配料生产线电气控制系统的设计思想作了介绍，对系统的硬件组成和软件设计作了较为详细的阐述，现场应用情况表明，该PLC控制系统工作可靠，操作方便。

Abstract

 This article series programmable controller applied to Simens the S7-200 in the ingredient production line electric control system's design concept does introduced that made a more detailed elaboration to system's hardware composition and the software design, the field application situation had indicated that this PLC control system operation reliable, ease of operation.
