This design has realized medicine bottle's autoloading using Simens's S7-200 programmable controller, this control system can achieve the speed which and the efficiency request the production proposed. The overall system has used a PLC control, the entire control system supposes a control room. Using the PLC control bottling machine movement, realized the bottling machine to start, the stop, as well as the midway changes the filling number of seeds the function, thus has realized the bottling machine movement automated function.
