范文编号:CL023 范文字数:9959,页数:21 摘 要:本文在醇解一甲基三氯硅烷时,加入一定量的水,利用醇解出来的氯化氢与水形成盐酸催化聚甲基烷氧基硅烷在醇解中直接形成,一步获得聚甲基烷氧基硅烷,缩短合成路线,降低成本。在此基础上,详细研究了温度,水量,保温时间等因素对反应体系氯离子的脱除及粘度的影响。此外,还研究了二甲基二氯硅烷加入对膜层硬度及附着力的影响。最终获得各项性能均比较满意的结果。 关键词:一甲基三氯硅烷;聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷;二甲基二氯硅烷 Abstract:In this paper, when Methyltrichlorosilane Alcoholysis, adding a certain amount of water, use of the product of alcoholysis hydrogen chloride and water to form hydrochloric acid to catalyzed polymethyl methacrylate alkoxy silane alcoholysis directly in the formation step was polymethyl methacrylate alkoxy silane, to shorten the synthetic route, to reduce costs. On this basis, a detailed study of the effects of temperature, water, heat preservation time on the reaction of chloride ion removal and viscosity. In addition, the paper also studies the effects of dimethyldichlorosilane on the membrane hardness and adhesion.And finally get the satified performance.
