范文编号:CL024 范文字数:9860,页数:22 摘 要:相对于天然改性类糊料,我国在合成增稠剂方面的研究工作相对较少,文献报道不多,性能和国外产品有较大差距。本文研究聚丙烯酸盐增稠剂的合成条件包括各种组分的用量、反应温度、通氮排氧、保温时间等因素对增稠剂性能的影响,得出控制最高反应温度在75℃并且尽量延长在较低温度下的反应时间;单独采用KPS为引发剂,用量选择在单体质量的4‰;转相剂的用量与乳化剂用量的比例接近于1:1;丙烯酸用量和丙烯酰胺用量比例在3.7:1最佳,为综合性能较好的分散染料印花用增稠剂。 关键词:增稠剂;聚丙烯酸盐;反相乳液聚合;分散染料印花用增稠剂 Abstract: Compared with the type of paste modified natural, fewer researches are did in synthetic thickener in China, and little reported in the literature. There is a wide gap in the performance of thickener between foreign products and domestic products. In this paper, the synthesis conditions of polyacrylate thickeners include the various components of the dosage, reaction temperature, nitrogen ranked pass oxygen, holding time and other factors affected the performance of the thickener. Control the maximum reaction temperature at 75 ℃ and extend the reaction time at a relatively low temperature as long as possible. Use KPS as initiator, the amount in the quality of the monomer is 4 %; the proportion of transfer agent’s amount and emulsifier’s is close to 1:1; the usage of Acrylic Acid and Acrylamide in the ratio of 3.7:1 can reach the best overall performance for the better use of disperse dyes printing thickener.
