范文编号:CL046 范文字数:12162,页数:25 摘要:聚酯(PET)自大工业化生产以来,最大的用途是加工成涤纶纤维,目前,世界各国PET生产采用的技术路线主要有3种,即DMT法、PTA法、EO法,本文着重介绍了PTA法合成PET,研究了其合成的原理,介绍了浙江华特斯聚酯装置及主生产工序。装置采用直接酯化、连续式缩聚的聚酯生产工艺,以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)和乙二醇(EG)为原料,以二氧化钛(TiO2)为消光剂,以乙二醇锑(Sb2(OCH2CH2O)3)为催化剂,生产聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。研究了其主生产工艺流程,原料输送、制备以及浆料配制、酯化反应系统、预缩聚反应系统、终缩聚反应系统、熔体输送及造粒包装等。并探讨了酯化反应与缩聚反应的影响因素如浆料摩尔比、酯化率等。 关键词:PTA法制PET;酯化反应;预缩聚反应;终缩聚反应 Abstract: Polyester (PET) industrial production has been arrogant, the biggest use is processed into polyester fibers, at present, countries around the world the technology used in PET production line, there are mainly three kinds, namely, law DMT, PTA Act, EO of this paper focuses on the PTA Act Synthesis of PET, the study of its principles, introduced a polyester plant in Zhejiang Huatesi and the main production processes. Installation of direct esterification, continuous polycondensation of polyester production process, purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and ethylene glycol (EG) as raw materials and titanium dioxide (TiO2) for the extinction agent to ethylene glycol Antimony (Sb2(OCH2CH2O)3) as a catalyst, producing polyethylene terephthalate (PET).Study of its main production process, raw materials transportation, preparation and pulp preparation, esterification system, pre-condensation reaction system, final polycondensation reaction systems, transportation and melt granulation packaging. And to explore the esterification and polycondensation reaction of factors such as slurry ratio, yield, and so on.
