范文编号:CL047 范文字数:9763,页数:20 摘 要:硅橡胶具有耐高温、耐低温、防潮、绝缘、耐老化等优异性能,被广泛应用于国民经济众多领域,尤其是室温硫化硅橡胶。由于纯室温硫化硅橡胶力学性能较差,因此加入补强填料才具有使用价值。通常采用白炭黑作为补强填料,为了降低成本,人们寻找其他廉价易得的填料来代替,然而大都只能作为增量剂而无补强特性。本课题来自生产实际,目前提高室温硫化硅橡胶的强度多集中在填料研究上,而对用量较少的交联剂研究甚少,这不利于无论是工厂或是科研工作者对室温硫化硅橡胶的认识,从而使得在研究中难免盲目地去研究或是改性室温硫化硅橡胶。本课题拟在不同型号的白炭黑和相同型号不同用量的白炭黑对胶硫化后的力学性能做出评价,并选用不同型号交联剂(甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷)和相同型号不同用量的交联剂对胶力学性能的影响做分析,通过以上两个评判,选取最佳点重现,以此为依据提高室温硫化硅橡胶的力学性能。 关键词:有机硅材料;室温硫化硅橡胶;甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷;RTV; 胶粘剂 Abstract: Silicone rubber with high temperature, low temperature, moisture, insulation, anti-aging excellent performance, are widely used in many areas of the national economy, in particular silicone rubber. As the pure silicone rubber poor mechanical properties, so it has a value adding reinforcing filler. Commonly used silica as a reinforcing filler, in order to reduce costs, people look for other cheap and easy to get a filler to replace, but mostly only as extender without reinforcement properties. The subject comes from actual production, the current increase the strength of silicone rubber and more focused on filling research and study on the amount of crosslinker little less, is not conducive to either plant or a research worker to room temperature vulcanized silicone understanding of rubber, which makes it inevitable blind study to study, or modified silicone rubber. The aim of this in different types of silica and the same model with different amount of silica on the mechanical properties of rubber vulcanization made after the evaluation, and use different types of cross-linking agent (methyl 3-acetoxy-silane) and the same amount of different models crosslinking agent on the mechanical properties of rubber to do analysis, by these two judges to select the best point to reproduce, as a basis to improve room temperature mechanical properties of silicone rubber.
