范文编号:CL057 范文字数:11238,页数:28 摘 要:用紫外-可见光谱法研究甘氨酸与Cu(Ⅱ)的配位反应。考察了温度、离子强度、组成比及pH值等对配位反应的影响。结果表明:当离子强度为I=0.1M、甘氨酸与Cu(Ⅱ)组成比(Gly/Cu)为2:1、pH=7.0时反应的速率常数最大,而温度对配位反应的影响表现不是很突出。甘氨酸与Cu(Ⅱ)的配位反应为二级反应,反应活化能为7.009KJ/mol,自由能△G≠为4.321KJ/mol。本文提出了甘氨酸与Cu(Ⅱ)配位反应的合理机理,为高纯甘氨酸铜的制备提供理论依据。 关键词:甘氨酸铜;紫外可见光谱法;配位反应;动力学 Abstract: the complexation between glycine and Cu(Ⅱ) was studied by UV - Vis spectroscopy .The influences of complexation, such as temperature, ionic strength, coordination and pH value were observed. The result shows that: the ionic strength I = 0.1M;the complex rate of glycine and Cu(Ⅱ) (Gly / Cu) is 2:1; pH =7; The rate constant of the complexation was the largest separately, and the temperature will not affect the rate constant obviously. The complexation between glycine and Cu(Ⅱ) was second-order reaction, Activation energy was 7.009KJ/mol ,and free energy △G≠ was 4.321KJ/mol. The possible reaction mechanism for the complexation between glycine and Cu(Ⅱ) was proposed. The theoretical basis was provided for the preparation of high purity copper glycine.
