范文编号:CL058 范文字数:8538,页数:20 摘 要:本文首先设计并建造了不锈钢反应釜。在此基础上,进行超高分子量羟基硅油及氨基硅油的合成及优化,并最终确定两者的筛选及配合比例,制备羊毛特滑硅油。研究结果表明:脱水时间为2hr,催化剂用量0.01%,温度控制在160℃。采用进口D4,可获得满意的超高分子量羟基硅油,将该硅油与氨基硅油相配合,并织物处理可知:超高分子量羟基硅油与氨基硅油2:1比例复配,分子量大的氨基硅油与分子量小的氨基硅油按1:1比例复配,可获得较佳的综合平滑、柔软、蓬松的效果。 Abstract: The first design and construction of a stainless steel reactor.
