范文编号:CL115 范文字数:12044,页数:27 摘 要:本文采用先合成高分子量的有机硅阴离子乳液,再加入氨基单体进行改性,并根据热力学平衡原理,制备出高分子量、氨基改性的有机硅阴离子乳液。研究结果表明:在固含量15%、单体预乳化再滴加、TX-10为非离子乳化剂的条件下,获得的硅油分子量比市场上同类产品高,并经织物手感测定,滑爽性能优异。在此基础上,将上述合成的乳液与交联剂,催化剂复配成平滑整理剂,用于整理三维中空涤纶短纤维的平滑性。并讨论了氨基含量、催化剂用量、交联剂用量对织物平滑性、柔软性及牢度的影响。最后可得,在氨基含量6%、催化剂含量1%、交联剂含量为0.25%时,获得的乳液效果与国外同类产品相媲美。 Abstract: This article described a high molecular weight, amino-modified silicone emulsion was prepared that synthesis of the high molecular weight anionic silicone emulsion in advance, and then join the amino-modified monomer according to thermodynamic equilibrium theory. The results show that: the molecular weight of the silicone which received in the conditions of solid content of 15%, dropping the pre-emulsification monomer, TX-10 as for non-ionic surfactant, than similar products on the market, and the feel of fabric, smooth performance excellence. On this basis, the emulsion and cross-linking agent, catalyst matched to the smoothing agent which used to finish three-dimensional hollow polyester staple of the smooth. Effects of amount of the amino content, catalyst and crosslinking agent to fabric smooth, soft and fastness were studied. Finally, the amino content in six percent, catalyst in one percent, crosslinking agent content in 0.25 percent, can access to the emulsion and the effect comparable to similar foreign products.
