民营企业财务管理问题研究

摘要

在我国的经济发展中，民营企业作为我国发展过程中的重要组成部分，得到了国家很大的重视。自改革开放经济步入正轨之后，我国的民营企业得到了快速的发展，在国民经济中占有的地位越来越重要。但是很多民营企业在发展的过程中遇到了很多的问题，阻碍了自身的健康发展，尤其是在民营企业的财务管理方面。我国民营企业财务管理缺乏有效的控制体系、财务人员技术水平不高、管理模式比较老套等，这些问题影响了民营企业的发展水平。本文主要研究的是民营企业财务管理问题，并且对民营企业财务管理的现状进行分析，发现民营企业财务管理存在问题，最后针对相应的整理，提出改善民营企业财务管理措施，提高内部管理财务的监督，提高管理财务人员的意识，改善企业财务管理模式。

Abstract

In the development of economy in China, private enterprises as an important part of our development process, obtained the national great attention. Since the reform and opening up economic track, the private enterprise of our country has been rapid development, has become more and more important in the national economy. However, many private enterprises have encountered a lot of problems in the process of development, hindering the healthy development of their own, especially in the financial management of private enterprises. Financial management of private enterprises in our country lack effective control system, the technical level of financial personnel is not high, old management mode, these problems affect the development level of private enterprises in this paper. The main research is the financial management of private enterprises, and the status quo of the financial management of private enterprises through the analysis of the problems existing in financial management of private enterprises, according to the corresponding arrangement, put forward the improvement measures of financial management of private enterprises, improve the internal management of financial supervision, improve financial personnel management consciousness, improve the financial management mode of enterprise.
