由于各大高校的相继扩招，现今大学文档生的人数不断升高，以及我国的经济结构主要是以中低端的产业为主,人才素质与岗位不匹配，无法为数量庞大的高素质人才提供专业对口的就业岗位,从而导致大学生就业难。随着大学生的就业压力日益增加,就业压力促使很多大学生走上自主创业的道路。迎合着信息网络技术的迅猛发展与进步，新型的互联网就业创业不断地成为当前很多大学生的创业选择对象,因其创业资金低，营销方式新颖，工作时间灵活等特点成为大学生自主创业的新途径。“互联网+”时代为大学生的创业提供了很多有利条件，但是也带来了很多困难。当下“互联网+”时代的创业难，已成为创业中无法避免的问题。文章从“互联网+”时代背景入手，分析了这个时代下互联网+创业的模式，以美团网为例，分析美团网，借鉴其成功经验。结合当今大学生创业的情况，从而指出大学生在创业中存在的难点和问题，探讨突破难点的措施，针对当前“互联网+”模式对大学生创业的影响，提出可行性的建议。

abstract

Due to the successive enrollment expansion of various universities, the number of college graduates has been rising continuously. In addition, China's economic structure is mainly medium and low-end industries, and the quality of talents is not matched with the position, which cannot provide professional jobs for a large number of high-quality talents, thus leading to the employment difficulties of college students. With the increasing employment pressure of college students, employment pressure urges many college students to start their own business. In response to the rapid development and progress of information network technology, new Internet employment and entrepreneurship have continuously become the entrepreneurial choice of many college students. Due to its low start-up capital, innovative marketing methods, flexible working hours and other characteristics, it has become a new way for college students to start their own businesses. The "Internet plus" era has provided many favorable conditions for college students to start their own businesses, but it has also brought many difficulties. It is difficult to start a business in the era of "Internet +", which has become an inevitable problem in starting a business. Starting from the background of "Internet +" era, this paper analyzes the model of Internet + entrepreneurship in this era, and takes Meituan network as an example to analyze Meituan network and draw lessons from its successful experience. Based on the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship, this paper points out the difficulties and problems of college students' entrepreneurship, discusses the measures to break through the difficulties, and puts forward feasible Suggestions on the impact of the current "Internet +" mode on college students' entrepreneurship.
