营运能力分析是我国企业财务报表分析的四大能力指标之一，一个企业的营运能力从一定程度上影响着一个企业的偿债能力和盈利能力。所以营运能力的研究也越来越成为一个企业日常经营管理中的一项重要财务活动。营运能力就是企业通过自己所占有的资源来获取利润，从而实现社会价值的一种能力。从本质上来说也就是一个企业利用有限的资源，在最短的时间内生产出最多的产品，实现最多的收入，所以一个企业只有不断地提升自己的营运能力才可能实现企业的利润最大化。

在本文中采取了理论与案例相结合的方式，选取了我国锡行业的巨头---云南锡业股份有限公司作为研究对象进行分析。一方面云南锡业股份有限公司作为行业翘楚，对它进行分析研究可以看出一个行业的发展现状。另外一方面，目前我国大多数的企业对于营运能力的分析还是有所欠缺，云南锡业股份有限公司悠久的历史以及庞大的创新型人才都使得该企业极具研究价值。所以在本文中先是对营运能力的相关概念和衡量指标进行了介绍，紧接着又对云南锡业股份有限公司的基本情况进行了阐述，并对其近五年的相关指标进行了比较分析，更进一步的揭示了企业运营资金存在的问题，最后针对企业存在的问题给出了一些建议和对策。文章对企业的发展提出了指导性的意见，希望这篇文章能够对企业营运能力的提升起到一定的参考作用，帮助企业实现收益最大化。

ABSTRACT

The analysis of operating ability is one of the four indexes of financial statement analysis in China, and the operating ability of an enterprise affects the solvency and profitability of an enterprise to a certain extent. So the study of operation ability has become an important financial activity in the daily operation and management of an enterprise. The operating ability is a kind of ability that the enterprise obtains the profit through its own resources, thus realizes the social value. In essence, an enterprise uses limited resources to produce the most products and realize the most income in the shortest time.  Only then can the profit of the enterprise be maximized.

In this paper, the combination of theory and case is adopted, and Yunnan Tin Industry Co., Ltd., which is the giant of tin industry in China, is selected as the research object for analysis. On the one hand, Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd., as an industry leader, can see the development status of an industry by analyzing and studying it. On the other hand, at present, most enterprises in our country still lack the analysis of operating ability. Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd.'s long history and huge innovative talents make the enterprise have great research value. So in this paper, first of all, the related concepts and measurement indicators of operational capacity are introduced, and then the following is the introduction of the relevant concepts and measurement indicators of operational capacity. This paper expounds the basic situation of Yunnan Tin Co., Ltd., compares and analyzes the relevant indexes in the past five years, further reveals the problems existing in the operating capital of the enterprise, and finally gives some suggestions and countermeasures for the existing problems of the enterprise. This paper puts forward some guiding opinions on the development of enterprises, and hopes that this article can play a certain reference role in improving the operating ability of enterprises and help enterprises to maximize their income.
