浅析西柚科技公司存货管理问题及其对策

摘 要

存货作为公司为日常生产经营事物所支配的流动资产，给公司带来一定的经济效益。推动我国经济发展的动力和主力军大部分都是存货企业，和国民经济发展的总趋势紧密相连，所以这种公司的存在也是非常重要的。目前，较多中国企业存货占该公司总资产的20%以上，有的甚至达到50%。管制企业内部控制、注重企业的存货治理已经被日益增多的企业应用到日常管理中去了，这说明存货很大的影响企业的日常生产运营中。现如今企业存货管理的热点问题之一便是如何提高存货管理水平和提升存货管理能力

Abstract

As the current assets controlled by the daily production and management of the company, inventory brings certain economic benefits to the company. The driving force and main force of China's economic development are mostly inventory enterprises, which are closely related to the general trend of national economic development, so the existence of such companies is also very important. At present, the inventory of many Chinese enterprises accounts for more than 20% of the company's total assets, and some even reach 50%. Control the internal control of enterprises, pay attention to the inventory management has been more and more enterprises applied to the actual management, which shows that inventory plays an important role in the daily production and operation of enterprises. Nowadays, one of the hot issues in enterprise inventory management is how to improve inventory management level and enhance inventory management ability.
