摘 要

本文在研究的过程中，主要对企业的现金流量表进行了分析，在因素分析法的作用下，探究了现金流量表的制约因素，以及具体的制约程度。并针对影响因素做出合理分析与建议；然后通过对元辉光电股份有限公司的现金流量表的结构进行分析，了解现金流量表各部分现金流量的构成，以及运用比率分析对相关比率分析，了解相关比率数据，然后通过分析我们可以发现其中存在的问题，就是元辉光电股份有限公司法偿债能力还是比较差的，能够承担的债务风险能力较弱，现金的回收能力也比较弱，回收周期比较长，所以针对这些问题我认为企业应该加强对现金流的过程管理，这样可以加速现金周转，增强企业价值创造能力，有利于企业增强风险应对能力；同时企业应从缩短存货周转期、缩短应收账款周转期、延长应付账款周转期三个方面来加速现金流的周转速度，提高现金管理效率。还有企业应该建立合理的销售货款的回笼、应收账款的回收以及信用政策进行合理的优化，促进企业的健康长远发展。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the impact of various factors on the cash flow statement by using factor analysis method, and makes reasonable analysis and suggestions on the influencing factors. Then, through the structure analysis of the cash flow statement of Yuanhui we understand the composition of the cash flow in each part of the cash flow statement, and use the ratio analysis to analyze the relevant ratio analysis, understand the relevant ratio data, and then analyze the problems we can find out., Even Yuanhui has a relatively poor solvency, a weak debt risk, a relatively weak cash recovery capacity, and a relatively long recovery period. Therefore, in response to these problems, I believe that companies should strengthen the process management of cash flow. This can speed up the cash flow, enhance the enterprise's value creation ability, and help the enterprise to enhance its risk response ability; At the same time, enterprises should shorten the inventory turnover period, shorten the accounts receivable turnover period, and extend the accounts payable turnover period to speed up the cash flow turnover speed and improve the efficiency of cash management. There are also enterprises should establish reasonable return of sales money, recovery of accounts receivable and reasonable optimization of credit policies to promote the long-term development of enterprises.
