近年来，随着农业企业在中国经济中重要性的不断提升，农业企业面临着激烈的市场竞争。对于这样复杂、竞争激烈的市场，成本管理不仅对农业企业的发展具有十分重要的意义，还对准确统计相关的农产品生产指标、进行产业结构优化、发展现代农业和生态农业的重要作用。本文结合实习期间所在公司——贵州纳雍源生牧业股份有限公司分析我国农业企业在成本管理中存在的问题，根据这些问题提出解决方案，提高农业企业对成本管理的重视程度、促进农业企业构建合理的成本管理体系的进程，进行有效的控制进一步实现农业生产过程中不必要成本的合理降低，将农业的成本从劣势发展至优势。贵州源生牧业股份有限公司中存在的成本管理方面的问题有：首先是企业员工对于成本管理的意识十分淡薄、其次是成本信息不能满足公司管理需求、最后是成本管理职能设置混乱和成本管理制度建设不完善等。因此，为保证农业企业在复杂的市场得以正常运作和发展，企业必须树立企业成本管理的系统观念、保证成本信息有效、使用计算机技术、建立和完善成本管理体系。

Abstract

In recent years, with the increasing importance of agricultural enterprises in China's economy, agricultural enterprises are facing fierce market competition. For such a complex and competitive market, cost management is not only of great significance to the development of agricultural enterprises, but also plays an important role in the accurate statistics of relevant agricultural production indicators, the optimization of industrial structure, and the development of modern agriculture and ecological agriculture. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost management of agricultural enterprises in our country based on the company of Guizhou Nayong Yuansheng animal husbandry Co., Ltd. during the internship, puts forward solutions according to these problems, improves the importance of cost management of agricultural enterprises, promotes the process of building a reasonable cost management system of agricultural enterprises, and effectively controls the further realization of agricultural production. The reasonable reduction of unnecessary cost in the process will develop the cost of agriculture from disadvantage to advantage. The problems of cost management in Guizhou Yuansheng animal husbandry Co., Ltd. are as follows: firstly, the employees' awareness of cost management is very weak; secondly, the cost information can not meet the company's management needs; finally, the cost management function is set up in confusion and the cost management system is not perfect. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation and development of agricultural enterprises in the complex market, enterprises must establish the systematic concept of enterprise cost management, ensure the effective cost information, use computer technology, establish and improve the cost management system.
