我国社会经济的飞速发展，为快递行业带来了很大机遇，使快递公司有一个美好的未来发展。在人性化的时代下,快递公司有一个很好的运作环境，但与此同时，快递行业也承受着巨大压力。在当今社会经济发展飞快的阶段,各个行业之间为了生存下去，其竞争的激烈程度更是可以擦出火花,许多快递不断改善自身企业的管理方式，不断进阶自己的服务职能。

快递公司的快递财务管理方式是否合理,直接影响着企业在发展中稳定性,与此同时，合理的财务管理是企业具有顽强生命力的关键所在。但是,由于现在快递公司财务管理的不合理,使之在工作中出现了许多问题,完善快递公司财务管理成为了一个突破的瓶颈。制定好合理的快递财务管理方式，能让快递公司少花许多冤枉钱,提高其在同行中的竞争地位,而且合理的管理是其运转的一个重要枢纽。

本文举例顺丰快递的财务管理，并对其所存在的问题进行分析，以及找出合理的对策，并且在查阅大量国内外相关的文献基础上，了解财务管理的发展与现状，总结实施过程中存在的不足及尚未解决的问题，并以国内外学者研究重点及研究盲点为本文切入点，进一步提出自己的观点。

Abstract

The rapid development of China's social economy has brought great opportunities to the logistics industry, and made the logistics enterprises have a good future development. In the era of humanization, the logistics industry has a good operating environment, but at the same time, the logistics industry is also under tremendous pressure. In today's stage of rapid social and economic development, in order to survive, the fierce degree of competition among various industries can wipe out sparks, many logistics companies continue to improve their own rules and regulations, and constantly improve their service functions.

Whether an enterprise's logistics financial system is reasonable or not directly affects the stability of the enterprise in its development. At the same time, a reasonable financial system is the key to the enterprise's tenacious vitality. However, due to the unreasonable formulation of the financial management system of logistics enterprises, many problems have arisen in their work, and improving the financial management system of logistics enterprises has become a breakthrough bottleneck. Making a reasonable logistics financial system can make logistics companies spend less unfair money and improve their competitive position in the same industry, and a reasonable system is an important hub for their operation.

This paper gives an example of the financial system of Shunfeng Express, analyses its existing problems and finds out reasonable countermeasures. On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature, it understands the development and current situation of the financial management system, summarizes the shortcomings and unsolved problems in the implementation process, and takes the research focus and blind spots of domestic and foreign scholars as the starting point of this paper. Further put forward their own views.
