ABSTRACT

This paper studies the fixed assets management of Sichuan Jinggong Weida Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Firstly, the paper introduces the connotation of fixed assets and its management, and makes clear the importance of fixed assets management. Then, combined with the data of the enterprise, sort out the financial statement data, understand the specific situation of the fixed assets of the enterprise, and explain the management measures. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the existing problems of fixed assets management, including the incompleteness of the accounts of fixed assets, the poor turnover efficiency of fixed assets, the excessive growth of fixed assets management costs, and the improper disposal of fixed assets. Fourth, it analyzes the causes of fixed assets management problems of Sichuan Jinggong Weida Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., including the lack of information, which leads to the untimely update of information; the unreasonable configuration scheme, which makes it difficult to ensure the reasonable use of assets; the formalization of maintenance, which does not improve the actual use value of assets; the lax disposal process, the lack of effective supervision and responsibility system, etc. Finally, the paper designs suggestions to improve the fixed assets management of Sichuan Jinggong Weida Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., hoping to ensure more timely and accurate input and update of fixed assets information by strengthening the construction of information system. At the same time, coordinate with the development strategy of the enterprise to adjust the allocation plan of fixed assets, strengthen the maintenance of fixed assets, improve the disposal process of scrap, strengthen the supervision and management, etc., so as to better coordinate the management of fixed assets and improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of fixed assets.
