我国农村商业银行会计风险防范及对策——以宁乡农商银行为例

银行一直在我国的经济发展的过程中扮演着重要的角色。近年来，各种类型的金融银行案件层出不穷，商业银行系统内部会计风险也开始逐渐浮出水面。农村商业银行不仅是我国商业银行的重要组成部分，也是我国农村金融的中坚力量，因此，风险防范问题就显得尤为重要。本文主要是以宁乡农商银行为例，对农村商业银行的会计风险问题进行了全面的分析阐述。首先，通过查找文献，从两个方面进行了国内外相关动态的总结；其次，介绍了农村商业银行会计风险的相关理论知识，描述现状及其优势特点，经过对比分析，得出存在的主要问题；最后，从宁乡农商银行的个例出发，分析了会计风险形成的原因，归整了问题种类，并提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract

Commercial banks have always played an important role in the process of economic development in our country. In recent years，various types of financial banking cases have emerged in an endless stream，and the internal accounting risks of commercial banking systems have gradually surfaced. Rural commercial banks are not only an important part of China's commercial banks，but also the backbone of China's rural finance. Therefore，the issue of risk prevention is particularly important. This paper mainly takes Ningxiang Rural Commercial Bank as an example to comprehensively analyze and explain the accounting risk of rural commercial banks. Firstly，through the search of the literature，the domestic and international related dynamics are summarized from two aspects. Secondly，the relevant theoretical knowledge of the accounting risk of rural commercial banks is introduced，and the status and its characteristics are described. After comparative analysis，the main problems are obtained. Finally，starting from the case of Ningxiang Rural Commercial Bank，the reasons for the formation of accounting risk are analyzed，the types of problems are divided，and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
