社会在不断的发展，人民的生活水平也在不断地提高和变化，从而使得市场也在不断的改变,企业的生存和发展面临着诸多挑战。为了提高团队凝聚力并保留管理层和核心员工，企业家通常会采用股权激励来实现稳定发展的长期目标。而股权激励方案必定会影响到企业的各个方面，尤其是财务决策方面。本文主要通过对国内外股权激励计划实施的比较和总结，以华为技术有限公司为例，分析其股权激励计划对财务决策各方面的影响，并提供提高企业财务决策有效性的建议。

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of the society and the improvement and change of people's living standards, the market is constantly changing, and the survival and development of enterprises are faced with many challenges.
