互联网行业的融资模式和选择策略分析

近年来，互联网行业发展迅速。互联网企业和传统企业的差别较大，是在于互联网企业的市场运作及商业模式需要靠自身的不断摸索和创新。一个公司需要发展必不可少的就是资金的支持，公司在整个运转过程中又推进了社会的进步和经济的发展。为了促进公司更好地发展，满足人们的物质和文化的需求，如何帮助公司用更好地方式和低成本进行融资显得尤为重要。互联网企业要发展就需要强大的资金支持，融资又是公司进行其他经营和管理活动的基础，所以如何获取融资就成了互联网企业发展中面临的主要问题。

本文主要研究了互联网公司的融资模式和选择策略。首先重点介绍了中国互联网公司常用的五种融资模式，包括私募股权融资模式，新三板融资模式，众筹融资模型，优先股融资模型和VIE结构融资模型。详细分析了融资模式的背景和现状，以及互联网公司在不同融资方式下的优势，问题和应用条件。然后分析了互联网企业的融资模式特点。最后，本文主要从四个方面分析了我国互联网企业融资模式选择的基本策略，并对中国互联网企业选择融资模式提出了几点思路，选择了中国互联网企业的互联网融资模式，提出了具体的政策建议使我们的互联网公司可以更顺利地获得融资。

abstract

In recent years, the Internet industry has developed rapidly. The difference between Internet enterprises and traditional enterprises is that the market operation and business model of Internet enterprises need to rely on their own continuous exploration and innovation. Financial support is indispensable for the development of a company. In the whole operation process, the company has promoted social progress and economic development. In order to promote the better development of the company and meet people's material and cultural needs, how to help the company to conduct financing in a better way and at a lower cost is particularly important. Internet enterprises need strong financial support to develop, and financing is the basis for other business and management activities of the company. Therefore, how to obtain financing has become the main problem faced by the development of Internet enterprises.

This paper mainly studies the financing mode and selection strategy of Internet companies. Firstly, five financing models commonly used by Chinese Internet companies are introduced, including private equity financing model, neeq financing model, crowdfunding financing model, preferred stock financing model and VIE structure financing model. The background and current situation of financing mode are analyzed in detail, as well as the advantages, problems and application conditions of Internet companies in different financing methods. Then it analyzes the characteristics of financing mode of Internet enterprises. Finally, this article mainly from four aspects analyzes the Internet basic strategies of financing mode selection, and puts forward several modes of China's Internet companies choose financing ideas, chose a Chinese Internet company Internet financing model, put forward the concrete policy Suggestions to make us Internet companies can get financing successfully.
