摘要

伴随着中国上市公司的逐步发展，他们的会计信息披露问题受到越来越多的社会各界人士关注，对它的相关讨论逐渐发展到一个全球化的高度。现目前中国的上市公司在此方面存在诸多问题，例如所披露信息的真实度、充分度和及时度都较低。部分公司对于会计信息披露的要求过低，不遵循市场经济的运行发展规律，扰乱市场的运行。在此，本文将以五粮液集团为例，剖析其会计信息的披露状况，进而探究我国上市公司在这方面存在的问题，尝试挖出根因并提出相应的可行解决方案，为提高市场上会计信息流通的充分度和准确度提供有价值的参考。

Abstract

Amid their sustained momentum, the listed companies in China has intrigued people from all walks of life regarding to their accounting information disclosed, which makes it a global topic to discuss. However, flaws can easily be seen in some China's listed companies over this issue, such as less reliable, less timely and inadequate accounting   information disclosed. Some companies hold a relatively low benchmark when disclosing accounting information without abiding by the law of market economy, which will pose a threat to the market in the long run. As a result, by taking Wuliangye group as an example to estimate how this group reveals its accounting information, this paper will make a further discuss on this issue emerging in China’s listed companies and try to figure out what actually behind this. Efforts will be made by the author to put forth some practical resolutions to serve as a reference to make accounting information on the market more adequate and accurate.
